6. USER OBLIGATIONS

Facijoyas only makes an expedition on weekdays. Thus, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for estimated delivery of orders.
The average delivery time of products purchased from Facijoyas is 3 working days for deliveries in Portugal and 6 working days for deliveries to the European Union.
All products are subject to existing stock. In the event of temporary or permanent stock failure, the customer will be informed and whenever possible suggested an alternative of products with similar characteristics. If it is not to the customer's liking, the money will be returned in full at no additional cost.
All prices indicated are in Euros with VAT included at the legal rate in force, being sent invoice of the products purchased along with the order.

9. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs to Mainland Portugal are free of charge.

10. CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS WITH CREDIT CARD:

In the case of orders paid on credit, in part or in whole, the credit agreement is automatically and at the same time unresolved, without the right to compensation (Article 8 of DL 143/2001 of 26 April with the wording given by DL 82/2008 of 20 May).
Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and in the applicable legal terms, Facijoyas allows the exchange or return (resolution of the contract) of items, within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Client, without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason.
To do so, the Client must communicate his intention in writing, via e-mail to geral@facijoyas.com, or letter to Customer Support Facijoyas.com, Rua João Da Cunha Nº22, 4950-469 Monção, Portugal. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt accompanied by the Original Invoice (Article 6 of DL 143/2001, of April 26, with the wording given by DL 82/2008, of May 20) and Return Note duly completed.
If you wish to exchange or return items, you can contact any Facijoyas store, or contact Facijoyas Customer Support.com (Phone 251652788 or email geral@facijoyas.com) , who will provide you with all information about the exchange/return process. Under no circumstances send the articles without prior contact because they will not be received.
The return and exchange of items must comply with the following conditions:
•Refund of articles in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by their invoice;
•Exchanges of customized items are not accepted according to customer specifications.

The Customer is responsible for the correct packaging of the products to be returned, as well as the costs inherent in its shipment.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return those who comply with the return conditions.
Facijoyas reserves the right not to accept items that do not comply with these conditions.
If the Customer chooses to return the amount paid we inform you that the refund is made in the same means of payment.
In the event that you have received damaged or technically damaged items, facijoyas will schedule the collection of items at the place you indicate to us, in the same shipping area as the original order, without any charge to the Customer.

11. Warranty and after-sales assistance

All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 2 years. If the purchased product is defective or defective, you must report it to Customer Support Facijoyas.com, informing your order number and the description of the anomaly. The costs of returning or collecting items within the Warranty period will be borne by Facijoyas. In these situations, if the customer does not wish to repair the product, the shipping costs will also be at the customer's behest.
